RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with the item you received, just contact us via email within 7 days after received the package.Kindly please contact us advanced via [email protected]
- We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
-Cancellation more than 24 hours,we will charge a 10% service commission
-All of the products are discounted and cannot be returned or exchange once sold.
-Any items in the Clearance Sale cannot be changed or returned.
-If the product have any problem, please provide the picture for us.we will deal with the products issues within two days once we receive your email.
The customer will be responsible for the bellowing conditions：
1.Loss and transport damage of the items.
2.High tariff unable to clear customs.
3.Address error unable to receive.
If you paid by credit, debit card or Paypal, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-15 business days of receipt of the cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the LAWS OF HK.
