Here are the details of our Return and Exchange Policy. We appreciate your careful attention.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with the item you received, just contact us via email within 7 days after receiving the package. Kindly please contact us via service@hipkate.com in advance

Notice:

- We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the orders have been shipped.

-Cancellation more than 24 hours, we will charge a 10% service commission

-All of the products are discounted and cannot be returned or exchanged once sold.

-Any items in the Clearance Sale cannot be changed or returned.

-If the product has any problem, please provide the picture for us. We will deal with the issue within two days once we receive your email.

The customer will be responsible for the following conditions:
1. Loss and transport damage of the items.

2. High tariff unable to clear customs.

3. Address error unable to receive.

Refund:

If you paid by credit, debit card, or PayPal, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-15 business days of receipt of the cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed by the LAWS OF HK.
